Returns Policy

This formal return and refund policy is legally compliant and applies to all international cross-border clothing orders on our official website. All standard non-custom apparel products are eligible for a 30-day return period starting from the confirmed delivery date. This policy follows international e-commerce trade regulations and protects the legitimate rights and interests of both overseas customers and our store.

All returned goods must meet strict resale conditions. Items must be completely unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with no artificial damage, fabric defects caused by improper use, stains or odor. Original tags, labels, packaging and accessories must be fully retained. Our inspection team will strictly verify item conditions, and any non-compliant returns will be officially rejected.

The following product categories are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances: intimate body wear, swimwear, custom-made apparel, embroidered personalized items, altered tailored clothes and all products marked “Final Sale” on product pages and checkout pages. No exception will be made for the above restricted items.

For customer voluntary returns caused by subjective factors, all return shipping fees, customs fees and related logistics expenses shall be borne by the buyer. For store-side errors including factory defects, poor workmanship, wrong shipment, missing parts and transit damage, our store will undertake all return logistics costs and provide free return authorization and after-sales handling.

After passing official warehouse inspection, full refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Exchange services are available for qualified in-stock items only. All return and exchange applications must obtain prior official confirmation from our support team before customers ship back the packages.
