Terms of Service

These comprehensive Terms regulate user account usage, order operation specifications, promotional activity participation rules, coupon usage constraints, and platform behavioral management mechanisms of our apparel store. Users who complete account registration shall provide true, accurate, and valid personal information and take full responsibility for all browsing behaviors, order transactions, after-sales applications, and interactive operations under the registered account. Users shall properly protect account passwords and login credentials and bear all risks of unauthorized login, password leakage, and account misuse caused by personal negligence.

All orders generated by user payment are valid transaction intentions binding on both parties. Users shall not conduct malicious order brushing, fake transactions, repeated bulk ordering, malicious stock hoarding, speculative arbitrage, and abnormal frequent order submission behaviors. We have the right to monitor transaction data, identify risky orders, and take restrictive measures including order cancellation, coupon invalidation, purchase permission suspension, and account limitation for non-compliant abnormal transactions to maintain fair platform transaction order.

For unshipped orders, users may apply for information modification or voluntary cancellation within the valid processing period. Once the warehouse enters sorting, packaging, and outbound preparation stages, modification requests will no longer be accepted. If users actively cancel orders after material preparation and packaging are completed, the store has the right to deduct actual incurred packaging costs, labor handling fees, and material loss expenses from the refund amount. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled arbitrarily; all post-delivery disputes shall be handled in accordance with after-sales return and exchange clauses.

All store promotions, flash sales, limited-time discounts, member exclusive benefits, bundle sales, coupon codes, and seasonal preferential activities are valid only within the official activity period and subject to real-time inventory. Unless explicitly marked as stackable, various coupons, discounts, and preferential policies cannot be superimposed. Flash sale and limited-quantity products adopt the first-come, first-served mechanism, and no price difference compensation, retroactive discount, or repeated benefit application is supported after the activity ends.

Promotional discounted products enjoy the same genuine quality assurance and pre-shipment inspection standards as regular-priced goods. Malicious coupon brushing, multi-account preferential snatching, preferential order speculation, and abnormal benefit occupancy behaviors are prohibited. We reserve the right to adjust activity rules, discount ranges, benefit thresholds, and activity duration according to operational needs and terminate abnormal preferential orders that violate fair trading principles without prior notice.
