We strictly inspect every detail of clothing products, such as fabric elasticity, stitching firmness, pattern alignment, hem neatness, and surface cleanliness, to eliminate all visible quality defects before international shipment. Specialized clothing packaging is used to prevent extrusion deformation, wrinkling, static damage, and dust accumulation during multi-stage cross-border transportation.

We support global door-to-door shipping covering all mainstream countries and regions. Estimated delivery time varies by continent and local logistics level. International shipments may face unavoidable delays due to customs declaration, commodity inspection, logistics peak congestion, bad weather, and temporary route adjustments. Once the package leaves our warehouse, tracking information will be updated immediately, and customers can check the real-time logistics status including departure, transit, customs clearance, and local delivery at any time.

All shipping fees, remote area surcharges, import duties, and VAT taxes are borne by the buyer. The store is not responsible for any tax refunds or customs fees. Customers must ensure that the shipping address, postal code, and contact information are accurate and effective. Packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect customer information will not be compensated by the store. Any quality problems, transportation damage, or order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours after receipt with valid evidence to qualify for after-sales processing.
